  • The customer is responsible for providing a correct, complete, and safe shipping address when you place your order. 
  • WizKids is not able to reroute or cancel orders once they have shipped.
  • You will not be able to add or remove items from orders once placed on shop.WizKids.com. 
  • Please verify you entered the complete shipping address including unit number and reachable phone number when completing checkout. 
  • WizKids is not responsible for the package once the carrier has delivered and provided proof of delivery.  Please make sure you plan accordingly.

  • Shipping charges vary depending on the package size, weight, destination, and shipping method.   
  • All packages are shipped with a tracking number.
  • Please make sure that you use an address that packages can be safely delivered to without risk of theft.

ORDER PROCESSING

Domestic orders placed by noon EST are normally processed and shipped by our warehouse within approximately one (1) to five (5) business days from the date the order was placed. You should receive an order tracking number via email and in your shop.WizKids.com account the day after your order is in transit.

International orders placed by noon EST are normally processed and shipped by our warehouse within approximately one (1) to five (5) business days from the date the order was placed. You should receive and order tracking number via email and in your shop.WizKids.com account the day after your order is in transit. Most international orders arrive within ten (10) to thirty (30) days from the day they are shipped.

Orders do not ship until they have been fully processed. Please take into consideration before placing your order. 

Orders may be shipped in multiple packages from multiple fulfillment locations, and may arrive at different times.

SHIPPING TO HOTELS/TEMPORARY ADDRESS 

We will not expedite or guarantee delivery to hotels/temporary addresses.  We do not recommend placing orders to temporary locations due to WizKids’ varied shipping and processing timeline. You are responsible for providing a correct address that will be able to accept the package when it arrives, at checkout.  We will not reroute packages or accept returns/cancellations due to packages not arriving within a timeline.

SPECIAL ADDRESSES:

Due to shipping service restrictions, we are no longer able to ship to special address types including {PO, APO, FPO, DPO, AE, AA, AP}. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (NON-USA ORDERS) 

**Canada shipping has been re-enabled for 97% of Canadian postal codes. The new service fee is inclusive of both shipping and duties. We are monitoring the Canada Post situation and will continue making updates as necessary.**

We use an international ecommerce partner to process and ship all international orders called ePost Global (EPG).  International customers will work with the EPG customer service for all inquiries into their shipment tracking information. 

Due to licensing and shipping carrier restrictions, certain products cannot be offered for purchase in certain countries.  International customers might experience restrictions when continuing to International Checkout or orders may be canceled if the item is not available for that destination. Examples of product categories not available for international shipping are:
