Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.

Where can I use my e-gift card?
Your e-gift card can only be used for purchases from Shop.WizKids.com. It will not be honored by any other retailer.
How do I use my e-gift card?
Add the items you would like to purchase to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Type in your unique gift code when the checkout process invites you to apply a gift card.
If the e-gift card balance covers the cost of your order, any remaining balance will stay on the card for future use. If the cost of the order exceeds the balance on your e-gift card, you will need to enter a second payment method to pay the difference.
Does my e-gift card expire or incur fees?
No. Balance on the e-gift card does not expire and we do not ever charge fees.
What if I lose or accidentally delete my e-gift card email?
Please contact our customer service department and we will help reunite you with your e-gift card. Customerservice@wizkids.com
What if I want to buy a gift card for someone else?
The e-gift card will be emailed in a printer-friendly format, and you can print straight through the email. You may also forward the email, who will be able to access it in the same way you can.

PRICING POLICY
WizKids reserves the right to change prices at any time. Purchase prices are final at the date of purchase.
DISCOUNT POLICY
Unless otherwise noted, discount codes (or site-wide discounts) cannot be redeemed for (or do not offer) a discount on the following products: NECA products, KidRobot products, pre-order or back-order items, life-sized foam replicas or trophy plaques, HeroClix Iconix, gift cards, or certain promotional figures such as Scott Porter HeroClix.
Items currently discounted by other promotions are also not eligible for additional discounts (regardless of discount code or site-wide promotions).
ORDER PROCESSING
Domestic orders placed by noon EST are normally processed and shipped by our warehouse within approximately one (1) to five (5) business days from the date the order was placed. You should receive an order tracking number via email and in your shop.WizKids.com account the day after your order is in transit.
International orders placed by noon EST are normally processed and shipped by our warehouse within approximately one (1) to five (5) business days from the date the order was placed. You should receive and order tracking number via email and in your shop.WizKids.com account the day after your order is in transit. Most international orders arrive within ten (10) to thirty (30) days from the day they are shipped.
**Please be aware that any orders placed on or immediately following a release date or during a sale, your item(s) will be delayed and may require up to 48 hours of additional processing time.
ITEM LIMITS
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. This limit may or may not be announced in advance of sale or pre-sale, but it will be evident when attempting to purchase the product that a limit exists (if applicable). Once this limit has been reached by a customer/household, any orders in excess of that limit may be cancelled and a refund issued accordingly.
If an order contains promotional items (typically items with a 0.00 price) that are not qualified for, these items will be removed from your order.
